Reactions As NPF Dismisses Inspector Who Said The IGP Knows He Collects Bribe In A Viral Video
Richard Gele, a Police Inspector who was caught on camera collecting bribe from motorists in Kogi State, and claiming that the Inspector General of Police (IGP) knows that he normally extort motorists has been dismissed by the Nigerian Police Force. In a photo shared by BBC News Pidgin, the Inspector was being de-kitted and reports have it that he has been handed over to Kogi Commissioner of Police for further necessary actions.
Richard Gele said in the viral video that he doesn't collect change and that his boss told them to collect huge amount of money from people, and that when any of them is caught, he knows how to defend them.
